About the Organization

Overseas Keralites Investment and Holding Ltd. (OKIHL) is a Section 8 Company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with the primary objective of infrastructure development in certain strategic verticals and also for promoting and facilitating investments in Kerala. The company operates under the aegis of the Government of Kerala with Hon'ble Chief Minister of Kerala as Chairman and also serves as a bridge between global investors and Kerala's entrepreneurial ecosystem.

OKIHL works in close coordination with various government agencies, financial institutions, and industry bodies to create a conducive environment for investments. The organization provides end-to-end support to investors, from project identification to implementation, ensuring a seamless investment experience.

OKIHL vision is 'Global thought for local growth' by enabling every NRI to contribute for our States growth by bringing best partners with cutting edge technologies. This will also open for them investment avenues with reasonable and assured returns and thereby create wealth for hardworking NRIs.

Objectives

The key objective of OKIHL will be to create wealth for the hardworking Non- Residential Keralites, with 3 primary motives in mind. Firstly, to bring global standards to Kerala in the domain of Housing, Tourism, Health, Skill Development, Infrastructure and Education through Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs). Secondly, to create wealth by utilising opportunities in the same sectors. Lastly, and most importantly, to create a transparent and accountable system where wealth governance is paramount.
